The organization offers people the opportunity to grow, learn and become self-sufficient in our challenging society through Corps (church) activities, spiritual care, social services assistance including emergency shelter and transitional housing, family services, youth character building and mentoring programs, disaster assistance, and a myriad of other programs to provide assistance to those in greatest need.

When Families, Veterans, and Individuals come to The Salvation Army we focus on case management. By doing so, we are able to determine the needs and how to better assist those that come to The Salvation Army. Our goal is for all of our clients to gain their independence back as a family or an individual. Once our clients are employed, they continue to work with their case managers and develop a game plan, this includes budgeting and saving a percentage of their income.
