Children's Advocacy Center of the Coastal Bend

The mission of the Children's Advocacy Center of the Coastal Bend (CACCB) is to minimize the trauma to abused children and their families by uniting the efforts of public agencies and enlisting the support of the community and to protect, restore, and transform the lives and futures of abused children.

The Children's Advocacy Center of the Coastal Bend (CACCB) is a nonprofit agency that provides services and programs to children who are alleged victims of sexual abuse, severe physical abuse, have witnessed violent crime, have been sex trafficked, and drug-endangered. We serve children ages 0 to 17, and up until their 18th birthday. All of our services are absolutely FREE, at no cost to the affected families! Since opening our doors in 1994, we have provided free services to more than 40,000 child victims of abuse in the Coastal Bend.

Without intervention and therapeutic recovery services, 59% of abused children will be arrested for a juvenile crime, and 28% of abused children will be arrested for a crime committed as an adult. We work to help prevent vulnerable child victims from becoming troubled adults.
