Youth Odyssey: You Belong

Since 1997, Youth Odyssey has empowered over 20,000 at-risk youth across Nueces, Jim Wells, Live Oak, and San Patricio Counties through adventure-based programs. Each year, 1,200+ youth gain life skills-free of cost-thanks to donors, volunteers, and supporters like YOU.

Through a series of 2 hour team-building sessions via our Adventure Challenge Program we teach communication, teamwork, goal setting, leadership, problem solving, and trust. These skills and more are developed further through participation in ropes course challenges, kayaking, rock climbing, hiking, and camping. These experiences build self-confidence, empathy and resilience, helping youth grow and thrive.
