Fundraiser Story
Hello, my name is Nicholas and I'm a part of the Community Health Outreach Department for the Coastal Bend Wellness Foundation. Our department helps create an environment that supports healthy behaviors to reinforce healthier communities through disease prevention, social support, health promotion and education. Our Program offers Free HIV & STI testing, at-home testing kits, PrEP/nPEP services, sexual health education, free condoms/lube, linkage to medical care, and so much more.
About the Organization
The mission of the Coastal Bend Wellness Foundation is to take the lead in providing health and wellness initiatives through treatment, awareness, education, advocacy, and services.
